Mumbai-based Bothra Metals & Alloys has filed for DRHP to issue 48,84,000 equity shares at Rs.25 per share aggregating to Rs.12.21 crore, forming 26.38% of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. Sarthi Capital Advisors is the lead manager to the issue.
The company will be traded on the BSE-SME exchange.
The company is in the business of manufacturing and supplying aluminum extrusions, ladder section, billets, profile, section and electronic extrusion.
