Sparsha Learning Technologies, an IIT-Kharagpur incubated company which operates the circuit design platform, DoCircuits, is looking to raise $1.5 million. Co-founded by its CEO Debabrata Bagchi, the company is among the 11 companies which were a part of Microsoft’s Bangalore based Accelerator program.
