The number of investors signing up for online stock trading accounts has tripled over the last two years to tocuh 1.3 million, reports Business Line. Online trades now account for about 12 per cent of the daily turnover on the National Stock Exchange. ICICI Bank’s ICICIdirect Service is considered the market leader.
